I initially received the wrong order of 12 roses instead of 24, but the team responded quickly and arranged a new delivery with the correct bouquet. They also kindly allowed me to keep the original one. I really appreciate their prompt service and I’m very happy with the outcome. The flowers were really fresh as well :))
