How do I start ordering
- Simply browse through our variety of floral products here.
- Select the product that you are interested in getting and click the “add to cart” button.
- Proceed to checkout and fill up the relevant details.
- Lastly, proceed to payment.
- Once payment is made, you will receive an email with the receipt and order number.
Is it safe to order online from us
Most definitely! We chose Stripe and Paypal as our trusted online payment system because they are recognised for their strong fraud prevention system. We do not store any customer’s credit or debit card information.

Certain flowers are seasonal and are subject to availability.
Where do you deliver
We currently provide island wide delivery in Singapore except for Tuas, Jurong Island, Changi Airport and Army Camps.
Can I amend the delivery details
Of course you can amend the delivery details! However, do inform us at least a day in advance on any changes in the delivery details.
What are your delivery time slots
Our delivery time slots are
- Morning 10.30am – 2pmÂ
- Afternoon 2pm – 5.30pm
- Night 5.30pm – 10pmÂ

Can I have my order delivered at a specific time
Unfortunately, we currently do not provide a specific time delivery service. However, we are always improving and will definitely implement this service in the future!
What are the delivery fees
Standard delivery is free of charge for all orders!

Do you guys provide same day delivery and how do I qualify for the next time slot delivery
Yes we provide same-day delivery in Singapore! You are entitled to any same day delivery time slot as long as you place your order 1.5 hours before the start of that time slot.
Example: Morning time slot delivery starts at 10.30am.You still qualify for that delivery schedule when you place your order by 9.00 am on that day.
Can I change my order details
Yes you definitely can change your order details! Do drop us a message at 8161 5935 or email us at services@flowersandkisses.com.sg to inform us on any changes.
Do inform us at least a day in advance to update your changes.
Can I cancel my order
You may cancel your order at least a day before the date of delivery. However, do note that last minute cancellation is not allowed.

How do I go about keeping my bouquet in a vase
- Remove all cotton and wrapping from flowers.
- Prepare your favourite vase and fill it with water.
- Trim off any excess leaves at the bottom of the stem. Avoid submerging any leaves into the vase of water as it will decompose and shorten the lifespan of your flower.
- Keep them in a cool and dry place.

How fresh are the flowers
We handpick the freshest flowers from the flower market every morning. All bouquets are made to order before sending it out to you!

Will my flowers still be fresh by the next day if I have it delivered tonight
Our flowers will still remain fresh for the next 2 – 3 days from the time you receive your bouquet.Â
However, do make sure to keep the flowers in a cool and dry environment, away from direct heat or sunlight.Â
If there is available space in your refrigerator, we will recommend keeping them in there.Â
