Is it safe to order online from us
Most definitely! We chose Stripe and Paypal as our trusted online payment system because they are recognised for their strong fraud prevention system. We do not store any customer’s credit or debit card information.
How do I make a self-collection
Our self-collection point is at Aljunied MRT. Our lovely staff will send you an SMS instruction on the meet-up process within 1 hour after placing your order for self-collection.

Do you have a physical store
We are currently running as an e-commerce business and do not have a physical store.
However, you can opt for a self-collection at Aljunied MRT. Simply select the “self-collect” option upon checkout and indicate the time you would like to collect your bouquet. We will be in contact with you for the meet-up process!
Where do you deliver
We currently provide island wide delivery in Singapore except for Tuas, Jurong Island, Changi Airport and Army Camps.
Can I amend the delivery details
Of course you can amend the delivery details! However, do inform us at least a day in advance on any changes in the delivery details.
What are the delivery fees
Our standard delivery fee is $5.90.
Outskirt delivery is $15.
Lastly, self-collection at Aljunied MRT is free of charge!

Yes you definitely can change your order details! Do drop us a message at 8161 5935 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us on any changes.
Do inform us at least a day in advance to update your changes.
Can I cancel my order
You may cancel your order at least a day before the date of delivery. However, do note that last minute cancellation is not allowed.

Trim off any excess leaves at the bottom of the stem. Avoid submerging any leaves into the vase of water as it will decompose and shorten the lifespan of your flower. Keep them in a cool and dry place.
