Our lovely staff will send you an SMS instruction on the meet-up process within 1 hour after placing your order for self-collection.

Delivery starts from 10.30 am to 10pm. You may choose a specific time to have your order delivered. 

*Do allow 15 minutes to 30 minutes of grace period due to potential wet weather and unforseen road conditions 


How to Qualify For Same Day Standard Delivery

*Place your order 2 hours before the start of the time slot to qualify for that delivery schedule.

Example: Morning time slot delivery starts at 10.30am. You still qualify for that delivery schedule when you place your order by 8.30am.

Delivery route will be planned by our drivers and we cannot advise on the specific time of arrival. However, it will definitely reach before the stipulated time.


 Redelivery Fee

There will be a $15 redelivery fee imposed should the delivery be unsuccessful. These are the factors that count as an unsuccessful delivery. 

  1. Recipient is uncontactable or unavailable for more than 10 minutes to receive the bouquet, and no prior special instructions or safe location indicated for the bouquet. 
  2. Delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect or invalid.

Customer will be notified by email or WhatsApp on the unsuccessful delivery. The order will only be redelivered after payment and updated on the next available delivery date and time. 


We strongly recommend all customers to allocate a safe location to place the bouquet should the recipient be unavailable or uncontactable to receive the order to prevent re-delivery.
