Yes, our standard same-day delivery is complimentary across most of Singapore. However, a surcharge of S$15 applies for flower deliveries to Changi Airport, hospitals, Sentosa, and Tuas.
What time should I order for same-day flower delivery?
To enjoy our same-day flower delivery, please place your order at least two hours before your desired delivery window. For instance, if you wish to receive your bouquet within the 2–6 PM time slot, place your order by 12 PM on the same day.
What happens if no one is home to receive the flowers?
If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery team may leave your flowers in a secure, designated location if possible. Otherwise, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp about the unsuccessful delivery. A fee of S$15 will be applicable for a redelivery, scheduled for the next available slot.
