Love the flowers it is so fresh and love the sage color
Feel that they should put realistic photos of the bouquets on their website. They photograph the bouquets in front of a standing person , and they all look fantastically enormous. But it’s the angle of the lens that make them look so much bigger than they really are. Their roses are just of normal size but from the pics one would think they are those premium or XL kind of roses. So don’t be misled into disappointment. As long as you know this , it’s ok to buy from them. Flowers are fresh and delivery on time. Only complaint I have is that the bouquet I received today had a completely dry cotton wool wrapped at the bottom of the stems and in a completely dry plastic bag. It seems florist had forgotten to put water.

That said, we completely understand your concern about bouquet sizing in our photos. To provide a sense of scale, our images are taken with an iPhone 15 Pro, using a front-facing angle with a person holding the bouquet. We also include size dimensions in the product page for better clarity. However, we’ll review our photography methods and explore ways to improve how we represent bouquet sizes—perhaps by adding close-up shots or additional visual aids. Additionally, we’d like to share that the current product image of sage on our website is actually of the exact same bouquet you received
As for the dry cotton wool and lack of water, we sincerely apologise for this oversight. Ensuring the freshness of our flowers is a top priority, and this does not meet our standards. We’ll be reinforcing proper hydration procedures with our team to prevent this from happening again.
