My girlfriend liked it overall, but when I showed her the picture on your website she said it was very different. It was smaller and the colours were not as nice as the website image. I understand that quality can differ to website images. The bigger issue was regarding the note – the note was just stuck on the outside, so unfortunately it was read by other people in the office. It should be in a folded envelope to ensure only the recipient reads it.
