Order before 3:30 PM on weekdays or 12:00 PM on weekends to secure same-day delivery. Slots are subject to availability.
Scheduled delivery is available across Singapore in three time windows: 10am–2pm, 2pm–6pm, and 6pm–10pm. A Specific Time option is also available for an additional fee.
Self-collect is available at our studio at 22 New Industrial Road #05-11/12, Singapore 536208, Mon–Fri 9am–4pm and Sat–Sun 9am–1pm.
Surcharges apply for deliveries to Sentosa, MBS, Changi Airport, hospitals, and Tuas.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayNow via HitPay. Payment is processed securely at checkout.
To amend delivery details after placing your order, message us on WhatsApp as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the arrangement is prepared.
Our driver will wait up to 15 minutes and make every effort to complete the delivery. If the recipient is unavailable and no safe drop location has been provided, the delivery will be marked unsuccessful.
A redelivery fee of $15 applies for a second attempt. Alternatively, you are welcome to arrange self-collection from our studio at 22 New Industrial Road #05-11/12, Singapore 536208.
Flowers are perishable. We are unable to accept returns, but if there is a quality concern with your arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.
