Good to know
Same-day cutoff
Order at least two hours before your slot begins. For a 10am start, that means by 8am. Drivers plan their own route, so we can’t promise a minute — only that you’ll land inside the window.
If delivery doesn’t land
A $15 redelivery fee applies if the recipient can’t be reached within ten minutes, or the address given was incorrect. We’ll always message you first.
Leave us a safe spot
A doorstep, a reception desk, a neighbour — tell us where, and we’ll leave the bouquet safely if no one’s home. It’s the easiest way to avoid a redelivery fee.
