Not satisfied with your order? We’ll make it right—on the same day. Let us know before 3 PM with a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement for you that very day. For requests received after 3 PM, we’ll send a fresh replacement the next day.

Plants don’t love drastic changes to their environment so some weariness or minor cosmetic blemishes are to be expected. Repotting your house plant into a new container within the first 14 days will void our 14-Day Freshness Guarantee.

However, if the damage is beyond minor blemishes, reach out to us within 14 days of receipt to receive a free replacement.

You can help your plant perk up from its journey by gently pruning any foliage damaged during the delivery process, such as bent stems or yellow leaves.
